  • What is the minimum height? We have ten foot ceilings and 55 inches of hang is too much. Can it be more flush mounted?

I was hoping to get this item. I had been waiting for it for a while, and without any warning at all, I received notice from the company that it had not been shipped and that the item had been canceled in that at some point I would receive a refund. Not real happy about all that.
