Recycled Rover is all dressed up for the holidays in playful antlers fashioned from colorful cotton fabric woven over wire. The fabric scraps are overruns from the garment industry. Each paper pooch is created using hand-twisted and woven recycled newspaper. This pooch does not require any walks or housetraining.

Can the rack be used for both the rover as well as the rascal
"The Recycled Rack was designed specifically for the Recycled Rover (P310) and it wasn’t intended for use with the Recycled Rascal (P309). You could probably use it on both but, if you were to use it on the Rascal, the ribbon tie that secures it to the head might need to be adapted somewhat. The material at the Rascals neck is pretty thick and we’re not 100% sure the ribbon tie is long enough to secure the rack to the head of a Rascal.
